RSVP FOR A COMMUNITY MEDITATION HERE:

All in-person community sessions are a sliding scale rate of $11-$33 & have the option to join virtually (unless noted otherwise). All virtual sessions $7-$27. Meditations are 20-30 minutes, followed by space for reflection, inquiry & (optional) sharing.

*no one is turned away due to lack of funds! please reach out if support is needed.

the practice—

Integrating aspects such as; mantras, mudras (hand postures), moon cycles, chakra energy centers, vagus nerve awareness, and gentle intentionality into a trauma-informed guidance- led with encouragement & space given for clients to tap into their own inner guidance.

The Breath is Always the anchor we return to, as we follow its’ flow; seeing where it takes us. Witnessing without judgment.

Sessions feature a variety of tools; such as body scans, visualization, and specific breath-work techniques; weaved in with intention. tools to be added to each clients toolkit and integrated into daily life as well.
